Light and Beings Exhibition

LIGHT & BEINGS 《光影・眾生》, a fine arts and photo exhibition by Leo Chan, or @soularisfoto on Instagram

Hosted at the Rapid Photo studio spanning from April 24th to May 8th.

Starting with an opening reception and artist talk from Leo himself on April 26th at 3 pm. Featuring guests of honour, REV Brian Wong, Jimmy Rice (@jimmyrice_art), Joe Cho (@letsart.ca), and Stephen Woo (@stephengwoo).

Leo Chan is a photographer and fine artist, working with light, connection between all living beings, and presence. His exhibited acrylic paintings explore chiaroscuro, optical, and cinematic realism.

He has 20+ years of experience in photography, specializing in events, portraits, and weddings.

Merging his talents in both photography and fine arts, he translates his observation of light through a lens into a dialogue between optics and emotion.

The studio hopes to be able to exhibit many more solo shows in the future.
