Policies

  • Damages: Any damage to props, furniture, or equipment will result in a charge for the full replacement or repair cost.

  • Cleanliness: Studio must be returned in the same condition as provided. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if additional cleaning is needed.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the rental.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: No refunds; studio credit will be issued for cancellations (24hrs) or rescheduling.

  • Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required for events or longer rentals and will be refunded if no damages or extra charges apply.

  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio and building.

  • Overtime: Additional charges will apply for overtime beyond the booked period.
